The Word, Eviscerate

Look deep inside, it just comes out. That is to eviscerate.

To “disembowel”. It doesn’t sound feasible.

Like “ex-” (I don’t mean the heartbroken word for a person), it is “out” in Latin. “-viscerate” came from the word viscus which is the “internal organ(s)”. I don’t know but it could be a medical term (if someone knows, tell me).

Do you understand this feeling? Someone who you might feel disdained by and couldn’t stand it.

The more to hold it back, the more it builds. It can make you ugly from the inside-out. The best description of that is, a gargoyle.

I know there are people who don’t let their emotion sway their logic but, “following you heart” makes all the difference. It is called being human.┬áSometimes, you need to express it out. Make it come out because it is good. Or perhaps bad. It could go either way but it is still a process. Process is growth.

Whether you are unhappy, sad, annoyed, angry or sort of negative feeling, get it out because you need to empty it. You can’t fill something if it’s already full. Like night and day, bad and good exist together; but not all at once.

This is not a hard decision to make for yourself. You have all the chances to become who you are. It no different from choosing right or wrong. You have to pick what is right, what is right for you.

Now, eviscerate. Get it out and make it, to let it out.

Commute to Communicate with the Community

Everyday, you see people (unless you are a hermit). Every person who we pass by each day are numbered by the dozens to the hundreds and then the thousands. You forget that there are millions throughout the countries and the Earth’s population of over 8 billions on this Earth.

Now let ask me you, do we know them all?

No, we don’t. It is impossible to know everyone who were born, live or dead. We have limits to explore to soul┬ásearch.

Get Vitalizated for Vital Vitalization

We have weaknesses. And we have strengths.

“How to prolong?” is a good question. It is vital to know ourselves and how long to last.

One of the most common and greatest fear is how long can we live or when we die. Each of our vitality differs from one another and it cannot be determined. Our vitals will fade someday. Before that does, think about what is important? Or I should say the most important to learn and know that is vital.

Hang the Phrases with “Hang” and “Hanging”

It is now over 20 blogs, I held myself together. I don’t want to say “hanging in”. And figuratively speaking of which, I think is better described.

It is funny that after listening to a song, I am actually writing this. Music has always been therapeutic and the lyrics had reminded me of some past experiences or unknown wonders that is carried within. Then this particular one I was listening to is “Who’s Loving You” by the Jackson 5. R.I.P to Michael Jackson. As I hear the lyrics goes, “Don’t you know I sit around, with my head hanging down…” the inspire just came in. I am literally sitting and just thought of what I felt; it plays the words in my head as my body throbs. And then later with some real life events that happened and talked with a good friend of mine, this is what I realized. Continue reading
